The commemoration of Kevin Durant’s cherished aunt who unfortunately succumbed to that pernicious disease known as cancer back in 2000 continues with the KD 14.
As can be seen below, this latest footwear dedication sports a pink upper. A wing motif, representative of that of an angel, is found on the rear heel, along with “Aunt Pearl” is present on the front of one tongue and Kay Yow branding on the backs of both tongues.
Below the aforementioned upper is a speckled midsole that fades from a more intense pink at the forefoot that of the more tones that are also seen on the upper. A gum rubber outsole completes the aesthetic.
The “Aunt Pearl” is anticipated to release in 2022. It will carry a 160 USD sticker price.
